Water management in Arizona was important in order to grow crops and live in the desert.  Planning dating back to the early 1900's has served the state well.  Agriculture and city living has thrived with less usage of water.  Now how do we plan to keep agriculture going while competing with urban grow in the future.  Sarah Porter discusses water policy with Arizona Farm Bureau President Stephanie Smallhouse.
