The Urban Farm's 'Farmer Greg' Peterson's guest is Paige Mollen of The Mollen Foundation. Discussing their innovative “Farm to School” movement, which connects students with local food sources through gardening, cooking, sustainable land practices and other educational programs. Students learn the cycle of food production from seed to selling produce. Learning young can lead to a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their families.
